canal access tasty options helpful staff
i really enjoyed having canal access directly from the hotel. The breakfast included tasty and diverse options Each morning. Staff were very nice and helped whenever i needed something. They booked water taxis quickly.

Fantastic Location and Helpful Staff!!!

The location is central. Everything is basically a walk away. Rialto Bridge is just around the corner, and Rialto Market is even closer. The staff were very helpful and always available. I found the staff very nice. They shipped my cellphone that I left in the room!!!
Some areas felt small. The elevator and access to our room could be improved. I think they are a little uncomfortable. It would be great to see some changes made here.

The breakfast was great, it was a nice way to start the day. There was fresh food and a great variety of items offered, so I was satisfied. I was happy with the selection.

fresh choices clean bedding convenient pier
the breakfast had lots of fresh choices. our room had clean bedding each day and a refreshing shower. the location had a pier outside for airport transfers.
the elevator felt pretty small.
